The Association Sodruzhestvo operates under the following designations: Russian-Catalan Cultural Center Sodruzhestvo, Russian Academy of Music of Barcelona, Domisolca y Top Languages, These are trade names of the same entity and do not constitute independent legal entities.

The hosting of the website is provided by Hostinger International Ltd., with registered office at Jonavos g. 60C, 44192 Kaunas, Lithuania.

2. Object

This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website https://sodruzhestvo.es (hereinafter, the «Site»), owned by the Associació Sodruzhestvo (hereinafter, the «Center»).

The Website has the purpose of publicizing the training and cultural activities of the Center: musical, artistic and linguistic training, concerts, auditions, festivals and cultural promotion activities, in accordance with the statutory objectives of the entity.

Access to the Site is free and does not require prior registration. Navigating the Site attributes the status of user and implies full acceptance of the conditions set forth in this Legal Notice.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the Site and, in particular, to:

• Do not use it for illicit purposes, harmful to the rights of third parties or contrary to public order.

The contents of the Site —texts, photographs, videos, sound recordings, graphic design, navigation structure, source code, logos and trade names— are the property of the Centre or of third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, total or partial, is prohibited without the express written permission of the Center.

The viewing, downloading and reproduction of the content is permitted for personal and private use, for non-commercial purposes, provided that the indication of its origin is kept intact and that it is not altered.

The musical works performed in the Centre’s concerts and activities that remain protected by copyright are distributed with the corresponding authorisations. The images and recordings of students are published in accordance with the consent regime described in the Privacy Policy.

The Centre uses it in its capacity as an authorized official examining center, in accordance with the usage guidelines established by its owner. The Site may contain links to external websites, as well as embedded content from external video or mapping platforms.

The Center does not control such sites or assume any responsibility for their content, their privacy policies, or the services they offer. The inclusion of a link is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or relationship between the Center and the owner of the linked site.

8. Activities directed at minors

The Center provides training for minors from the age of 2. The hiring of services, the request for information, and the provision of necessary consents are in all cases the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or legal representative of the minor, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy.

The Site is not designed to allow minors to contract services or provide data independently.

9. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
